Avoca Beach Architectural Hardware and Locksmiths fitted durable Lockwood commercial handlles on plates satin chrome using Lockwood mortise locks and non-mortise hinges.

The project also required the fitting of quality door closers on fire doors, Britton exit devices (panic bars), Raven door seals, and Padde electric strikes, which are high security products manufactured from stainless steel and designed for use with all access control systems. All bathrooms were fitted with gravity hinges, to enable rescue in case Of emergency, as well as Braille signage.

Upon completion, the building was rekeyed with a restricted master Key system that allows only authorised persons to purchase new keys from Avoca Beach Architectural Hardware & Locksmiths.
